Fender Trimming

In the quest to lower this beast to a better ride height, I needed to trim the fenders. So, here it is. I took about 2 inches off the inside fender well. This provided me with plenty of room to run the 37" meats. I'm very pleased with the outcome of this project. I'm still working on getting the fender flares back on. I had to order some new snaps that hold the fender flare on. If you ever have to remove the fender flare, try not to break those little snaps -They are expensive to replace-.

To seal it up, I used some spray on Truck Bed Liner. This stuff sticks very well, and provides great protection.

I'll get some actions shots soon with how the tire to fender comparison. Recently, I went out to the Tank Trap, and I had no contact at all with the 37" tires.
